Employee Communications Manager, Transformation

Role Overview The Employee Communications Manager is a multi‑faceted role responsible for crafting and managing a communications strategy and narrative around the organization’s transformation. The manager will identify clear objectives, tactics, measurement, and a creative approach to leverage leadership voices and internal channels to educate, inspire, and celebrate milestones for employees. Responsibilities Support proactive storytelling, including posts and articles for the weekly global newsletter RL Engage and develop communications for key moments. Participate in bi‑weekly global Employee Comms calls to share plans on upcoming key moments and work closely with the NGT PMO, Change Management Leads, and AI COE to understand milestones. Serve as a liaison with NGT and AI COE teams to support executive engagement at key events and proactive storytelling opportunities. Initiate discovery and story mining to highlight how transformation initiatives positively impact work and the company. Develop and maintain dynamic multimedia content that ensures next‑generation internal engagement delivers against strategic objectives and success metrics. Build strong relationships with business partners across departments and regions. Contribute to the global corporate editorial calendar for the Company with Project Cross‑Stitch and AI milestones. Be flexible to support Employee Communications initiatives outside of NGT and AI COE scope. Develop measurement to demonstrate impact, including surveys and engagement dashboards. Qualifications Change management communications and internal communications experience. Track record managing large, matrixed projects. Strong storytelling ability and natural curiosity. Experience managing and measuring impact of a communications strategy, project plan, and campaign. Hands‑on experience executing effective internal communications for diverse stakeholder populations. Excellent verbal, written, editing, and presentation skills—including PowerPoint, talking points, and executive briefing documents. Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative. Self‑starter, strong problem solver in ambiguous environments. Strategic and execution‑oriented, able to deliver high‑quality initiatives on tight deadlines and on budget. Knowledge of communication strategies that drive perception change and build understanding of new direction. Sense of humor and not serious with themselves.
