Responsibilities include wound care, pain management, fluid resuscitation, monitoring for complications, and supporting recovery in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This is a 12-hour shift position with required flexibility for weekends, holidays, and potential floating. Onboarding and compliance take an average of 4–6 weeks .
