Modern Service Manager (ACM) - 6 months+ - Germany (remote) For a large organisation based in Germany we are looking for several Modern Service Managers to support on a 6 month extendable contract. Working alongside technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users, you will lead adoption strategies, create engaging learning experiences, and foster a culture of AI innovation that delivers measurable business outcomes. 100% remote but must be based in Germany German fluent and English language skills The Role Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure service operations, including support requests, incidents, and problem management. Lead change management activities, governance processes, and service improvement initiatives. Monitor service health, operational KPIs, adoption metrics, and platform performance. Act as an escalation point for service disruptions and operational issues. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to maintain and enhance service quality. Produce operational reporting and executive updates to support decision-making. Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption within enterprise environments. Change Management Focus Adoption & Change Management (ACM) IT Service Management (ITSM) Incident & Problem Management Your Experience Over 8 years leading and managing digital transformations with a focus on Service Management, Adoption & Change Management and Microsoft.
