Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized care plans that adapt to changing patient needs.

• Providing direct therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, or crisis intervention as needed.

• Coordinating and referring clients to additional services, support groups, and specialized treatment programs that enhance their wellness journey.

• Engaging in continuous communication with individuals’ support systems, including family members and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and state regulations while actively supporting the progress of each patient’s treatment journey.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and training to remain aligned with best practices and continuing education requirements.

• Utilizing a user-friendly case management application to document sessions efficiently and track client progress seamlessly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as part of our comprehensive benefits package.
