Logistics Account Manager - Client Success & Ops Liaison
ITS Logistics
ITS Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the critical link between ITS and our valued clients. You will manage client communication, oversee performance reporting, and coordinate between warehouse operations and the ITS clerical team, supported by CSR staff. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client-facing roles with WMS/ERP systems, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication.
