Customer Service Manager

Compensation: $150k-$160k annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Manager to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys being at the center of customer support, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication. In this role, you’ll help keep operations moving smoothly while supporting the sales team, managing key customer needs, and helping guide a small service team. With a strong bonus structure and long-term growth potential, this opening offers both challenge and reward. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support the sales team with day-to-day customer needs. Serve as the main contact for logistics support. Manage logistics contracts and transportation requests. Communicate client needs to internal technical teams. Resolve customer issues through to completion. Develop and improve service procedures and standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions. Support and help oversee a small customer service team. Assist with billing and contract-related work as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience: BA/BS degree in a related field. Three or more years of relevant industry experience. Background in hazardous waste or chemical services. Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Experience working with sales and operations teams. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Science degree, such as chemistry or biology. People management or team leadership experience. Inside sales or operations management experience. Experience handling contracts or billing tasks. Knowledge of hazardous materials processes. Experience in a plant or industrial environment. This role includes a strong profit-sharing plan and competitive earning potential. Other Information: This position is based onsite at an administrative office near the plant. The team is looking to fill this role quickly through agency support.
