Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments to understand the specific mental health needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their identified symptoms and concerns, while also considering their unique backgrounds and strengths.

• Continuously evaluate clients' progress through the collection and analysis of bio-psychosocial information, integrating feedback from family members, referral sources, and other stakeholders.

• Utilize diagnostic methods such as mental status examinations and functional impairment assessments to accurately identify issues, including behavioral health, substance use, trauma history, and barriers to accessing services.

• Demonstrate mastery in the latest methodologies relevant to chemical dependency, psychotherapy, and family systems that uphold the standards of professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of individuals, including couples, families, and children, who are seeking support to navigate challenges such as relational issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. You will be tasked with creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, allowing you to guide them towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in therapeutic practices, demonstrating an understanding of various treatment modalities.

• A commitment to maintaining a drug-free lifestyle and ethical conduct throughout your practice as a therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
