Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments to craft personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not required
