Director of HR Business Partnering - Strategic Leader

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a seasoned Director, HR Business Partner to join the IVS HR team within the CSD segment. The Londonderry, NH base oversees HR for about 1,200 employees across Londonderry and Tempe. The role reports to the VP of HR for CSD and supports senior leaders in driving engagement, development and organizational effectiveness.
