Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in sessions.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health concerns, with a particular focus on mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression. Qualifications

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ unique experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
