Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s mental health needs.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), supporting clients in their journey towards healing and growth.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail in documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and leverage collective expertise for enhanced client outcomes.
• Participate regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement in clinical practices and address complex cases effectively.
• Engage with clients and their families to provide education on mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery process.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health care to incorporate advanced techniques into therapeutic sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required; a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree is preferred for advanced practice.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• Demonstrated experience in employing solution-focused psychotherapy methods and tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively, addressing client challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly with evidence-based therapies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health diagnosis.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
