The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with five to eight years of litigation experience; ready to take ownership of cases, utilize proven courtroom skills, and grow within a supportive environment that values both professional excellence and personal well-being. This role offers exposure to a diverse and sophisticated practice that includes: Public entity law and litigation Employment and wrongful termination matters Personal injury litigation Product liability litigation Commercial litigation Entertainment and intellectual property litigation What You'll Do Conduct sophisticated legal research Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions Argue motions and appear at court hearings Participate in case strategy and litigation planning Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and coordination with experts Conduct client and witness interviews What You'll Bring California Bar membership or pending admission Five to eight years litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent oral advocacy abilities Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances Familiarity with public entity, employment, insurance, or personal injury litigation is highly desirable Why This Firm?
