Daily responsibilities include engaging with fellow team members and other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to formulate an individualized treatment plan.

• Employ evidence-based practices to continually monitor and adapt patient treatment plans, ensuring alignment with their mental health diagnoses and desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment objectives, emphasizing patient safety and symptom management.

• Coordinate referrals and establish effective working relationships with various providers to ensure seamless access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
