Real Estate Paralegal

Our client is one of the largest diversified REITs. They seek a Real Estate Paralegal to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Prepare commercial real estate closing documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions across North America and Europe Coordinate deal checklists, signature packets, and closing deliverables to ensure timely execution Compile and organize fully executed closing documents and maintain digital transaction files Administer lien release procurement following mortgage debt satisfaction Produce corporate governance and transactional documents to support legal matters Draft asset management documents, including default notices, landlord consents, and lender consent requests Process legal document formatting, PDF conversions, redlines, and other document revisions Facilitate document notarizations, apostilles, and execution logistics Maintain transaction records, databases, and filing systems for ongoing legal matters Support administrative operations, including invoice reconciliation, mailing, and legal team coordination Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience Law firm and real estate experience required Experience drafting commercial real estate closing documents or other transactional documents required Experience preparing and delivering corporate documents required Strong tenure Notary public of NY certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
