Описание: Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. — молодая быстрорастущая IT-компания, специализирующаяся на повышении эффективности коммуникаций с клиентами с помощью AI-технологий. Мы помогаем бизнесам создавать и автоматизировать клиентский путь с использованием искусственного интеллекта, повышаем конверсию и сокращаем расходы. Находимся в поиске специалиста для одного из проектов большого холдинга. Наш проект — динамично развивающийся бренд, ориентированный на энергичных и амбициозных людей. Задачи: Формировать и поддерживать CRM-календарь активностей: промо, бонусы, рассылки, реактивации, регулярные коммуникации. Настраивать и запускать CRM-цепочки: welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation, winback. Сегментировать пользовательскую базу и подбирать релевантные коммуникации/офферы для разных групп игроков. Создавать и сопровождать бонусные кампании: условия, сегменты, механика, запуск через back office. Запускать коммуникации через Email, SMS, Push, Pop-up и другие доступные каналы. Анализировать эффективность CRM-кампаний и готовить рекомендации по улучшению. Контролировать корректность отображения бонусов, рассылок и коммуникаций для пользователей. Взаимодействовать с продуктовой, маркетинговой, аналитической и support-командами по CRM-активностям. Готовить предложения по улучшению retention, повторных депозитов и реактивации базы. Вести отчетность по CRM-активностям и результатам кампаний. Требования: Опыт работы CRM-менеджером / Retention-менеджером от 1 года. Обязателен опыт работы с кастомными, самописными или внутренними CRM-системами. Опыт настройки CRM-цепочек, сегментов, рассылок, push-уведомлений, pop-up, SMS и/или коммуникаций через мессенджеры. Опыт работы с CRM-системами, включая кастомные / самописные CRM. Опыт настройки цепочек, триггеров и сегментов в CRM. Опыт работы с back office: настройка бонусов, промо, сегментов, пользовательских статусов. Опыт запуска Email / SMS / Push / Pop-up рассылок. Умение работать с таблицами: Google Sheets / Excel на уверенном уровне. Понимание базовой CRM-аналитики и ключевых метрик retention. Будет плюсом: Желателен опыт в iGaming / gambling / betting; Опыт создания бонусного календаря и настройки бонусов через back office будет большим преимуществом. Желательно: опыт работы с мессенджерами как каналом коммуникации с пользователями; опыт работы с BI/дашбордами или аналитическими отчетами по CRM-кампаниям. Условия: График: 9:00–18:00.
