Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and available support systems.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions as well as family and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated, comprehensive treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention and execute risk assessments and safety planning when needed, ensuring the well-being of clients at all times.

• Maintain precise documentation of treatment sessions and client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to augment client engagement and provide a broader understanding of mental health dynamics.
