Billing & Collections Analyst
Lake Mary, FL (Onsite) Only W2 No C2C Only USC/GC/TN NO H1B
We are seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist with experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable, preferably in a Federal or government-contract environment. The ideal candidate will have strong dispute resolution skills and experience supporting BPaaS Order to Cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve billing issues and customer disputes.
- Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities.
- Ensure accuracy while working with billing systems, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with finance and delivery teams.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required Skills
- Experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Experience resolving billing disputes.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
