We're growing, and we're looking for a seasoned licensed architect who can lead complex work, mentor others, and move seamlessly between visionary thinking and technical mastery. THE ROLE Depending on your background and experience, you may be placed at Level 2 (6+ years) or Level 3 (8+ years). At both levels, you will own significant technical and design responsibilities on major projects — including education, residential, and mixed‑use work — while contributing to a culture that prizes collaboration, mentorship, and persistent progress. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead specific technical design aspects of major projects from investigation through recommendation Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions that best meet client needs Apply advanced architectural concepts independently; develop new techniques and approaches where needed Provide architectural consultation on large, complex projects in planning, design, and coordination phases At Level 3: Participate in conceptual design and provide full project support as a subject matter expert At Level 3: Liaise with Project Management, consultants, and firm leadership on technical solutions and strategies Mentor and guide less experienced team members — because mentorship is mutual here WHAT YOU BRING Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) 6–8+ years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership Proven command of Revit and project delivery workflows An advanced, nuanced eye for detail — you see what others don't Strong communication skills: clear, accurate, and direct A collaborative mindset with the confidence to develop and represent a technical point of view WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary: $79,440–$111,390 (level determined by experience and qualifications) In-office culture in Columbus, OH, with a refreshingly real team that leaves ego at the door Meaningful work across education, residential, and mixed‑use project types A firm where you are empowered to find your fulfillment, own your impact, and level up continuously Leadership opportunities as the firm grows WHO THRIVES HERE You are a technically excellent architect who also leads with empathy.
