Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans that address mental health concerns and life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure, which may include LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
