Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist
12 month (full year) position. This role is responsible for the support of post-hire operations within the HR department to include benefits enrollment, onboarding and administration, management of leaves of absence, workers compensation, safety committee administration and unemployment. Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience in an HR role required to include benefits and FMLA administration. Strong organizational, time management, and technical skills required, plus ability to work cooperatively with internal/external customers and stakeholders. Attainment of or progress toward HR certifications (PHR, CEBS, etc.) is highly desirable. Salary Range: $ 45,000 to $55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
