**Job Summary

**

The Customer Master Representative is responsible for the timely and accurate creation of new customer accounts and maintenance of existing customer accounts. This position will work with customer data and data management processes while ensuring requests are completed within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.

The role will also support reporting requirements and special projects for the Customer Master Data team.

**Responsibilities

**

• Create new customer accounts and make changes to existing customer accounts.

• Ensure customer account information is accurate and completed within established SLA timeframes.

• Communicate account additions and changes to appropriate stakeholders.

• Complete or assist with reporting requirements for the Customer Master Data team.

• Support special projects for the Customer Master group.

• Work with SAP or other ERP platforms and learn transactions related to customer master functions and reports.

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail.

• Follow direction and respond accordingly.

• **Support team coverage hours of 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and occasional weekend work as needed.

• **Work US holidays when needed to support Canada when the holiday is not shared.

**Qualifications

**

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience working with data and data management is required.

• Customer Master Maintenance and/or Data Management experience preferred.

• Experience with SAP or another ERP platform preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow direction and complete tasks accurately and on time.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excel skills are a plus.Comments/Special Instructions:

• Preference for local candidate that can work hybrid in Malvern.

• Hybrid in Malvern, PA HQ 2-3 days per week.

• Days are flexible.

• Need someone who will work US Holidays to support Canada when holiday is not shared.
