Schedule:

• Night shifts with rotating weekends.

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT); AMT certification also accepted.
• Previous experience or strong skills in Blood Banking are essential.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is highly preferred.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow rigorous safety and quality protocols.
• Solid communication skills to ensure accurate reporting and team collaboration.
• Capability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, emphasizing heavy Blood Bank operations.
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of results.
• Collect and process patient specimens, including phlebotomy tasks as required.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and document quality assurance activities.
• Communicate significant findings promptly with healthcare staff.
