Responsibilities include: Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously Assist customers with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling Schedule sales and service appointments Make outbound follow-up calls to customers Respond to website and internet inquiries Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our CRM system Coordinate with departments throughout the dealership Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved Track customer interactions and schedule future follow-up communications Help create positive customer experiences that reflect our values Meet and exceed monthly performance goals Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned What We're Looking For Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude Excellent communication and listening skills Genuine compassion and empathy for others Strong problem-solving abilities Coachable and eager to learn Team-oriented mindset Ability to take ownership and follow through Strong computer and organizational skills Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Prompt and courteous demeanor Valid driver's license Your Career Path Starts Here This is more than an entry-level position.
