Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, formulate effective treatment plans, and ensure comprehensive documentation in line with clinic policies.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, balancing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Deliver high-quality client service while collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to bridge gaps in community mental health resources.

• Leverage creativity in developing therapeutic interventions that empower clients—driving them toward achieving and surpassing their mental health goals.

• Document client progress accurately and promptly after each session, adhering to accountability standards and providing clear treatment summaries.

• Coordinate care by working closely with case managers, families, educators, and medical professionals to optimize client support and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Attractive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
