Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care.

• Monitor child and family outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide coaching and support to families, empowering them with strategies to enhance their child’s development using evidence-based practices.

• Assist in facilitating a healthy learning environment by building rapport with children, families, and team members.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations pertaining to early intervention and health safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers who experience developmental delays or disabilities. This includes providing support through early intervention services aimed at helping them acquire essential skills in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development during the critical early years of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential in-person client visits.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt clinical approaches to accommodate the learning styles of diverse children and families.

• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
