You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams—asset management, procurement, order management, product and leadership—to uncover insights, optimize systems, and lead data-backed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at creating clarity through data, and loves building solutions to complexity.What You'll DoData & Reporting:Own and enhance dashboards that track key KPIs across operations, support, supply chain, and customer successWrite and optimize queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from internal and third-party platformsDeliver high-quality, actionable insights through ad hoc and recurring reportingStrategic Analysis:Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using structured data analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to define and evolve operational KPIs and OKRsTranslate complex datasets into concise recommendations for cross-functional teamsProcess & Tooling Improvements:Partner with operations leadership to refine workflows, improve SLAs, and scale solutionsHelp vet and implement tools for reporting, communication, and automationDocument new workflows and enable teams with clear SOPs and playbooksProject Management:Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives—scoping requirements, building timelines, and ensuring follow-throughTrack progress across operations, tooling, and customer-impacting projectsHelp scale infrastructure to support new regions, services, or customer segmentsWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, consulting, or similar cross-functional rolesStrong SQL skills and comfort working directly with raw datasetsExperience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for intermediate modeling and reportingExceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendationsExperience in fast-paced environments or startups, with a hands-on, get-things-done approachBonus: Familiarity with AI tools and software like Netsuite, Airtable & ZendeskWhy Join AllwhereShape data and operations at a high-growth, early-stage company backed by top-tier investorsWork cross-functionally with visibility across the businessGain early ownership and grow your impact as we scaleCollaborate with a driven, supportive, and humble teamHybrid Work Environment with Bryant Park OfficesEquity in an Early Stage Start UpSalary Compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000
