Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorders, observing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to drive positive client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and empowering self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with clients facing various relationship issues, including but not limited to those experiencing challenges related to divorce, communication difficulties, and familial conflicts. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional landscapes, fostering healthier interactions and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
