What you'll be doing Define and drive product strategy Set a compelling vision and long-term product strategy Build and evolve a roadmap aligned to customer and business priorities Identify market opportunities and emerging industry trends Ensure product investments drive commercial and customer value Lead and develop product teams Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing product organisation Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Establish product management best practices and operating rhythms Drive alignment across product, engineering, science, and commercial teams Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders Translate complex market challenges into scalable product solutions Champion customer needs throughout the development lifecycle Prioritise initiatives based on impact, value, and strategic fit Deliver products that make a difference Partner with engineering and delivery teams to bring products to market Monitor performance and drive continuous optimisation Support go-to-market strategies and product adoption Balance innovation with operational excellence What we’re looking for You’ll likely bring: Experience leading product strategy and product management teams A track record of successfully launching and scaling technology products Experience within healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, data, SaaS, or related sectors Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams You are: A strategic thinker with a passion for solving meaningful problems A visionary leader who can inspire teams around a shared purpose A customer advocate who understands how great products create value A collaborative partner who thrives in complex, matrixed environments Comfortable leading through change in a fast-growing organisation Life at Diaceutics Culture is a powerful driver of Diaceutics’ success and growth.
