Proposal CoordinatorFehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team of professionals passionate about improving communities and contributing to driving innovation in the transportation consulting industry. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, principals, and other marketing and business services professionals. Your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality proposals that address client needs. Through close collaboration, you'll make sure our proposals are polished and stand out to help us win competitive pursuits.You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow marketing professionals within our company, as well as external teaming partners. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to quality, a proven history of operating under multiple deadlines, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling content.Prior experience with the Architectural and Engineering (A/E) industry proposal process is preferred, but not required. This position is based in our Seattle office, and regular in-office presence is required to support collaboration with the local team. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment that supports collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance while meeting project and team needs.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to time of submittal (i.e., proposals, interview preparation, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, and weekly meetings about business pursuits)Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and other business services staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet relevant deadlinesTake ownership of the proposal process and commit to ensuring proposals comply with the applicable RFP/RFQ submission instructions and requirementsCoordinate the receipt of necessary information from internal colleagues and external teaming partners to include in proposal and presentation materialsReview and draft content (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentationsProvide support with researching, monitoring, and tracking potential project opportunities and strategic pursuits, helping maintain visibility into upcoming RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunitiesUse our company's brand style guide and design resources to create attractive and effective graphics and documents for marketing pursuits that compete well with othersUpdate and maintain databases of project opportunities, project descriptions, resumes, references, and qualifications materialsQualifications3+ years of proposal coordination experience.
