Project Executive

Job Advertisement: Project Executive, Data Centre Overview Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre construction and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables. Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, proposals, and post-project evaluations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the data centre or construction industry. Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards is highly desirable. Day-to-Day Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure all project activities adhere to established safety and quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
