Flexible scheduling options contribute to a strong work-life balance, ensuring our team remains refreshed and engaged.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' specific needs, goals, and functional limitations.Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring that each individual receives focused attention during their one-on-one treatment sessions.Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic techniques.Utilize manual therapy and other modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.Monitor the progress of each patient, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to meet evolving recovery goals.Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment provided, and progress made, following regulatory and best practice guidelines.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—including physicians and occupational therapists—to create comprehensive care strategies for patients.Encourage patients in their rehabilitation journey to motivate and support them through challenges.Promote preventive care and educate patients on lifestyle adjustments to maintain health and wellness post-rehabilitation.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. These patients come to us seeking to restore their full range of motion and alleviate pain associated with their orthopedic challenges. By tailoring our approach and interventions to their specific needs, we aim to empower patients to achieve their personal health goals and enhance their everyday lives.QualificationsA Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.Preferred ExperienceDemonstrated experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, particularly with rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries.Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and customizing exercise protocols to individual patient needs.Familiarity with EMR software, especially WebPT, to facilitate effective documentation and communication.Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
