Project Accounting Manager

CV Resources is partnering with a property service management company in Brentwood, TN in search for a Project Accounting Manager to join their team.
Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.
Candidate must have strong Experience with project/construction accounting (AIA billings, WIP, liens, etc.). Experience with revenue recognition and any supervisory experience.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project accounting including AIA Billing, Collections, Supplier and Vendor Lien waiver collection and management, Etc
- Experience with Percentage of completion accounting and/or preparation of Work In Process Schedules
- Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting or directly related field xhyhwjd
- Aptitude or preparedness for middle management and supervising others while still performing day to day duties in Project Accounting
- A self starter prepared to ask questions and find solutions based on clear but general directions.
