Accounting Manager

My client is hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of core accounting operations and build toward a Controller track. What you'll own: Lead the monthly close process end to end, including reviewing and approving journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Take direct ownership of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, managing a team of three Partner cross functionally with Treasury, Tax, and Risk to keep financial reporting accurate and coordinated across the business Support the annual audit process, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Identify and drive process and system improvements, including future ERP enhancements Build out team performance standards and mentor staff toward stronger technical and professional development What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business field CPA strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3 years in management Solid GAAP fundamentals and hands on month end close experience Direct experience overseeing AR and/or AP functions preferred Comfort managing people and processes, not just reviewing output #J-18808-Ljbffr
