Job Summary
Majestic Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing team in Bellefontaine, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. If you are a strong leader who enjoys fast-paced manufacturing and wants a schedule that provides more personal time, we would like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
- Hand-Assembly & Sub-Assembly
- Degating, Trimming and packaging all parts
- Quality Inspection
- Participate in and follow daily safety briefings and procedures
- Fulfill production orders to customer standards
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
Pay
- $16.50 - $16.75 per hour
- 1st Shift – 7:30am to 4:00pm
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
