Route Ready Workforce is seeking reliable independent contractors to assist with morning package sorting at local distribution facilities. This seasonal opportunity is expected to run through December and is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income with a short morning commitment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize packages by delivery route
• Prepare packages for driver pickup
• Stage packages for efficient loading
• Assist with maintaining an organized warehouse work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures
• Work efficiently to ensure routes are ready for departure

Schedule

• Morning shift
• Approximately 1.5-2 hours per shift
• Seasonal assignment through December
• Schedule may vary based on package volume

Compensation

• Flat rate: $25 per completed shift
