Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, leveraging cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions via video calls, ensuring that our counselors can reach clients no matter their location. You will have the flexibility to manage your workspace while being supported by a strong administrative team that facilitates scheduling, patient management, and technical assistance. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on patient needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using structured diagnostic interviews to determine the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to address a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups virtually, bringing clients together to share experiences and strategies for managing challenges in a community-based setting.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, helping them navigate distressing situations effectively.

• Educate clients about their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards as mandated by professional regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree would be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
