Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge clients' mental health conditions, which are crucial for developing personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with adults, young adults, and adolescents, adjusting your therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree or Doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Proven ability to cultivate trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• A genuine, non-judgmental attitude accompanied by empathy and compassion towards clients’ experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage client documentation. A demonstrated track record of working with various mental health conditions will be beneficial.
