Enterprise Solution Engineer ServiceNow

Role Description

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer III is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade platform solutions that support strategic service management and business process capabilities across the organization. This role is a senior-level ServiceNow engineering position responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and governing scalable solutions across the platform in support of departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Security.
• Leading solution design, implementing complex workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities like Now Assist.
• Ensuring configurations are secure, compliant, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enterprise Solution Design & Delivery: Design and implement complex, cross-module solutions aligned to enterprise standards, including advanced integrations across ERP, identity, cloud, and third-party platforms.
• Technical Leadership & Standards: Lead design sessions, conduct code and configuration reviews, and enforce development best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Platform Governance & Administration: Oversee platform governance including role-based access controls, lifecycle management, upgrade planning, and approval of significant changes to ensure security, compliance, and sustainability.
• Platform Performance & Reliability: Monitor platform health and performance, driving continuous improvements to optimize stability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Agile Leadership & Delivery Execution: Provide technical leadership within Agile processes, guiding backlog prioritization, estimation, and task delegation; ensure timely delivery, remove blockers, and manage risks impacting delivery or platform stability.
• Strategic Alignment, Innovation & Mentorship: Align platform practices with governance and total cost of ownership goals, identify opportunities to expand platform value, and mentor Engineers I and II, conducts code reviews, and fosters strong development practices to elevate team capability and consistency.
• Solution Architecture & Technical Excellence: Design complex, cross-functional automation solutions and develop advanced scripting and integrations; establish reusable patterns and ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations.
• Strategic Thinking, Communication & Collaboration: Utilize strong analytical skills with superior communication in order to collaborate across business and IT stakeholders, aligning work to organizational goals, and driving high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• 5 years of ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience.
• 5 years of platform architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• 5 years of deep multi-module ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM.
• 8 years of ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience (Preferred).
• Required: Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow.
• Required: Licensure - ServiceNow certification (CAD and module certifications).

• Job range: Enterprise Solutions Engineer III - $82,929.60 - $114,025.60.
