Music Marketing Account Manager

We partner with artists, managers, and labels to build sustainable careers through strategy, creative, and execution across every digital channel. Our client roster spans emerging independent artists to established names like Zach Top and Margo Price. We work across social media, content, paid advertising, email/SMS, branding, and fan development, all under one roof - and every strategy starts with the artist's identity and goals, not a template. We're a career-building agency, and we're looking for people who think that way too. The Role As an Account Manager, you’ll own the client relationships for a roster of artists. You’ll understand each client's goals, shape the strategies to achieve them, and be accountable for keeping every campaign on track from planning, to exeution through reporting. This role requires fluency across the modern music marketing landscape, from paid media to social strategy and release planning, and the judgment to develop strategies specific to each artist while staying grounded in what's within the scope of your control. Success in this role means our artists and their teams see meaningful growth from our work and always know where things stand. Responsibilities Own day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of artists Develop marketing strategy for each client and translate it into clear campaign plans Set campaign priorities, budgets, and timelines, and oversee the internal team executing them Prepare agendas, lead client meetings, and document clear action items Present performance reporting and guide strategic decisions from the data Review campaign output regularly to ensure quality and identify opportunities for growth Manage project workflows, deadlines, and deliverables across each campaign Who You Are 5+ years of work experience in the music industry 3+ years of experience in digital marketing An understanding of the nuances of working with both established and developing artist teams Confident leading client meetings and managing follow-through Able to interpret campaign data and communicate it clearly to clients Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong deadline management A proactive communicator who clarifies expectations and raises issues early Background in artist management is a plus Please Note: This position is Nashville-based; we are not considering fully remote candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr ROSTR, Inc.
