Implement targeted speech therapy sessions that focus on improving communication skills, language abilities, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing functionality.

Partner closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, families, and caregivers to create comprehensive care plans.

Provide educational resources and support to patients and families, enabling progress beyond the therapy space.

Contribute to hospital-based evaluations and treatment strategies as needed, ensuring a seamless continuum of patient care.

Produce thorough documentation that meets organizational, state, and federal requirements, ensuring compliance and quality care.

Stay engaged with professional development through ongoing education and collaborative opportunities.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is to be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for all ages, along with a robust understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
