Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, you will:

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing severe emotional and mental health challenges through both individual and group therapy sessions conducted via our telehealth platform.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared goals while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.

• Skillfully assess and diagnose client conditions, applying evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Engage with clients in a culturally competent manner, respecting their diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences.

• Participate in developing integrated care plans to facilitate access to necessary services, ensuring open communication with clients, families, and allied health providers.

• Assist in crisis interventions for clients as needed, creating a safe and supportive environment during challenging situations.

• Monitor client progress by maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to, major depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your skill in understanding and addressing the unique needs of this population will be vital in fostering a supportive and healing environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong abilities in risk assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention are essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interactions with clients and a diverse team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
