Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Well Spring Therapy Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals facing severe emotional disorders and major mental illness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients, both in virtual settings and occasionally in the community, to address symptoms of mental health disorders.

• Conducting evidence-based assessments and screenings, followed by creating individualized care plans aimed at integrating various support services.
