Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and independently formulate diagnoses that guide treatment strategies for patients.

• Collaborate directly with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused treatment and motivational interviewing, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and psychologists within the Walmart Health & Wellness network, to deliver seamless, integrated care.

• Systematically monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, both virtually and in-person, tracking improvements toward specified treatment goals.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on treatment adherence, identifying side effects, and evaluating the efficacy of the prescribed treatments.

Qualifications\n
