Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to independently assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive psychosocial treatment plans for patients.

• Engage in one-on-one sessions with patients, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and behavioral activation to address mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians and other specialists, to coordinate care and ensure that treatment plans are holistic and integrated.

• Support patient adherence to prescribed medications by offering guidance on side effects and ensuring a thorough understanding of the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
