Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to patients dealing with mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' emotional, behavioral, and social situations to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based interventions that resonate with each patient's unique background and experiences.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, incorporating feedback from patients and healthcare colleagues.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment modalities, and available community resources to foster support systems.

• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of practice, ensuring informed consent is duly obtained from all patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
