This position allows for flexibility as it operates remotely, supporting our hospice care setting. While much of the work can be performed from home, the role requires occasional evening and weekend hours to meet the scheduling needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

  Utilize your clinical training and knowledge to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop independent diagnoses for patients navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals facing mental health challenges within a hospice setting, providing essential support to patients in their final stages of life and their families. Our focus is on compassionately addressing the emotional, psychological, and social aspects of end-of-life care, helping patients find peace and dignity during transitions.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

  A current, valid, and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice independently in the state of Florida.

  A minimum of one year of experience in providing therapy as an independently licensed social worker, demonstrating skilled and compassionate client care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a hospice or palliative care setting, while not required, is highly desirable. Familiarity with community resources and systems relevant to end-of-life care can greatly enhance the impact of your work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
