Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and treatment plans in compliance with our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Manage scheduling of client appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that accommodates both client and therapist availability.

• Engage actively in inter-therapist collaboration, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges, drawing upon a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques, continuously expanding your own skillset to adapt to diverse clinical presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups. The complexity of cases may range from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys by employing customized therapy methods that resonate with each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology and a license to practice independently as an LCSW.

• A firm understanding of cultural competencies and ethical therapeutic practices, maintaining professionalism and strong boundaries.

• Demonstrated excellence in self-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
\n
• Availability to work full-time with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits which include:
