Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a professional billing service that manages claims, accounts receivable, benefit evaluations, and payment plans, allowing you to dedicate your time to client care rather than paperwork.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions for a diverse range of clients, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs across all age groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including treatment notes and updates, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with our high standards.

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage ongoing appointments while keeping an organized calendar to offer seamless service to clients.

• Provide evidence-based treatment to address a variety of mental health issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Healing Springs, our clientele spans a wide spectrum of ages and backgrounds. Therapists are expected to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients dealing with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
