Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate individualized care plans, ensuring a comprehensive strategy for client mental health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation strategies as necessary.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.
