Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions focused on a diverse array of emotional and behavioral concerns, ensuring each session is tailored to the student’s needs.

• Utilize psychological assessments and evidence-based assessments to evaluate client needs, facilitating accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals, based on thorough assessment outcomes and ongoing evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention and assessments, particularly in instances of suicidal ideation or severe emotional distress, ensuring immediate safety measures and support are in place.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for students, ensuring a unified approach to care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and licensure regulations.

• Contribute to the development of clinical policies and enhance therapy procedures through feedback from clinical experiences.

• Engage in regular training and attend professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and emerging methodologies in mental health care.

This role primarily focuses on serving children and adolescents from various backgrounds within the school system. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
